Here's the "nuts & bolts" on my real estate pedigree for anyone keeping score. I've been fortunate to build a successful real estate practice through hard work, extensive training and the school of hard knocks resulting in the following awards and titles. The real benefits, to me, are the relationships developed with clients who become friends and their confidence in me, to professionally handle one of their most valuable assets. More on that later.

Your current situation, your wants, your needs, your dreams, your hopes. We'll talk about features, locations, financing, inspections, laws, the buying and selling process, whatever you have questions about. Educating my clients so that they are able to make an educated, knowledgeable decision is key to a satisfying transaction. After we have completed this counseling process (btw, its FREE) we decide if we want to work together. If we agree to work together, we start using the professional systems and programs to achieve your real estate goals. If not, we part ways. No cost but some time and education.
