Terry Swanson is a native Atlantan who grew up in Dunwoody, and now resides in South Forsyth County. His father was in the Mortgage Business and his mother was a Broker for Northside Realty as he was growing up...so Real Estate is in his genes!

He worked his way through college and obained a job at Centex Homes in 1992, and became their #1 producer for the Atlanta area the last two years there.

In 1998, he and his mother founded Results Realty Services. They opened their first office in South Forsyth, and then the passion to offer the best value to the business minded Realtor took off!

Since then, Results Realty Services has produced:
+ FOUR Rookie of the Year for the 400 North Board
+ THREE Top Producing Awards for the 400 North Board
+ The Number One Dollar Volume sold for Forsyth County
