About Jeff Bonham:
Jeff is the founder of The Real Estate Masters Institute - A consulting company Passionate about helping real estate agents and brokers fulfill their life mission through customized coaching programs to help them grow their business to the next level while maintaining a balanced life.
Jeff began his career in 1996 with Iowa Realty's West Des Moines branch office. In 1997 He
joined Carol Jones, Realtors in Springfield, Missouri and rapidly began building his sales
business. He discovered, however, that there has to be a better way to succeed in real estate
than Traditional real estate broker methods and at that time became a student of a national coaching Program. He began studying Agent Branding, business planning, leveraging yourself with technology and staff, direct response marketing, creating a large referral base, and Scientific Behavioral Assessments.
in 2000 He Opened his own Mom and Pop Brokerage. After three years of successfully owning/operating his own brokerage, he realized his business had reached a plateau, and couldn't seem to grow beyond that point. It was time, once again, to find a coach/consultant to help break through this ceiling. It was at this time that he had the great fortune to be able to rejoin the Keller Williams system as a franchise owner/broker/consultant in Springfield, Missouri. He is still co-owner of the Springfield, Missouri office, he helped open Keller Williams Realty in Miami Beach as the broker/consultant and advised the ownership group of Coral Gables, FL. In 2006 he moved to Syracuse, NY where he helped convert Nastri Real Estate Company, a long-established locally owned office, to become affiliated with the Keller Williams Realty family. In 2007 Jeff played an integral role in helping the ownership group in Albany, NY receive franchise approval and advised their operation for the first year. December 2008, he moved his family to Mississippi to help take an existing Keller Williams Realty franchise and its associate located in Southaven to the next level. Since joining Keller Williams he has recruited over 500 agents and trained over 4000 agents with the focus on helping them fulfill their personal life mission. He has completed over 5,000 hours of one-on-one coaching sessions and spoken in front of over 10,000 agents.
Jeff is currently an investor in three franchise locations: Springfield, MO; Coral Gables, FL; Southaven, MS
