Ray also has personal real estate experience and has successfully financed and/or sold over $150MM of distressed assets involving commercial and residential properties. He co-owned U.S. Lending Centre, LLC., who was a licensed commercial lender in Apollo Beach, FL. He served as the Chief Operations Officer and Marketing Director where he managed operations for a senior investment consulting team specializing in high net-worth and institutional client accounts.
As a co-owner and Senior Vice-President of Marketing for Access Financial Solutions, LLC., He worked with 100+ clients on plan design, education, and investment allocation issues.
Previous positions prior to 2000 include work as the Director of Marketing for Mega Entertainment Group, Inc., an independent marketing firm in Miami, FL. Mr. Piel was personally involved in organizing and executing full TV, radio and print media record launches of artists such as Gloria Estefan, Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, Mark Anthony and others.
Ray graduated from Dade Community College in Miami, FL with a degree in business administration. He is also a certified loan business consultant.
