They hire agents and attorneys to help them gain as much leverage as possible in the commercial leasing transaction. They negotiate leases on a regular basis. Most tenants may negotiate leases every 3-5 years. I have represented the interests of tenants since 2009. I have experience in office, retail, and light-industrial leases. I ONLY represent tenants and do not take listings from landlords. My fees are paid from splitting the commissions already allocated to the landlord’s broker, so there is no additional cost to the tenant. I have a network of agents that can help you locate and negotiate new leases, renewals, expansions, downsizing, and subleases.
