Get to know Melanie James Newton
I am a true native Texan, born in Dallas, and raised in Irving. I have lived in both Dallas and Tarrant counties, and have family and friends throughout the entire Metroplex area and beyond its outskirts in the more rural areas. Therefore, I work with both buyers and sellers from all over the Dallas/Fort Worth area, not limiting my expertise to any one small area. I believe that gives my clients an advantage, in that I do not focus on trying to get them into "my area", but instead, find the right area for them. I am very attentive to my clients and their needs. If they don't get me on the first ring, I am quick to return a call, email or text, and am accessible from 8 am to 11 pm.
My client and their family's needs are my priority. Buying or selling a home is about so much more than the transaction. It is about lives, and memories. It is likely the most expensive asset someone will ever own, and it affects their lives in so many ways, whether buying or selling.

I also work in the luxury home market, which requires alot of hands-on, both from the buyer and seller's side of the transaction. The marketing approach is on a different scale when working with luxury home buyers and sellers. I am respectful of your time and your desires. I will make you as much or as little a part of the process as you would like. I have handled transactions as involved as handling all the details of punch lists and walk throughs while the clients were away, to just being there as an advisor. It is about you, and your needs.
I enjoy doing more personal marketing of my properties, and remain in constant contact with my clients. From the research end to the closing table, I am involved in every step, with every other person involved, to insure the transaction is smooth, timely, and holds no surprises for you.
