We have been managing luxury vacation rentals on the Big Island of Hawaii for over two decades. We manage a wide range of vacation rentals along the Kohala coast. We strive to offer our guests a personalized stay along with a nice, clean vacation home to stay in.
For owners we desire to give them the assurance that although their vacation home is an ocean away, it is in good hands.
In 2002 we started managing vacation rentals in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. We started off with just one at the Vista Waikoloa. We then progressed to manage properties in the Mauna Lani Resort. After about five years of success we started to acquire properties in the premier oceanfront rental locations: Kolea, Halii Kai, and Mauna Lani Terrace. We really look to work with each owner to help them with their needs the best we can. In 2019 we began to manage private homes with pools at Ainamalu at Waikoloa Beach Resort
