I service the entire metro area - Living in the northern metro and having an office in Fridley allows me to feel comfortable on the road - utilizing technology to have knowledge of the entire metro and surrounding areas. I want people to know I am willing to drive to give them service they deserve.
Areas of Specialization I specialize in the buying and selling of residential real estate with a focus on first time homebuyers and move-up buyers. I also have experience working with foreclosures, investment properties, and new construction.
I have been in the business for over seven years. Prior to selling residential real estate, I worked in property management managing Townhome Associations, Commercial property, Apartment buildings and single family/duplex properties. I had also started a Real Estate company for the Management Company I worked for.
Office Benefits With having a home office, an office in Fridley, and the use of other Counselor Realty Offices, our clients are given the choice of a location to meet. I am also able to refer clients to other Realtors around the United States whether you are looking in Minnesota or other states for vacation properties, investment opportunities or looking to relocate.
Services for Buyers
I offer buyers automatic e-mails with searches I have set up with their specific criteria in mind. I also offer them a valuable home buyer's guide, which helps me walk through the buying process with them from choosing a loan officer, to what kind of loan they should go with and whether or not they should get a property inspection. When they are ready to purchase I can take a look at a market comparison on the home they are interested in. Services Available
I provide face-to-face contact with our clients as well as being readily available by cell phone and email. I provide free market analysis for our sellers and can provide both my buyers and sellers with guides leading them through the marketing process and/or the purchase agreement.
With the wonderful invention of the internet- homes are now just a click away. But it is always important for our clients to know that I am available to answer questions and to meet with them face to face at any property within the metro area.
I have attended the Rasmussen Business Collage for accounting and business management. I have also attended Prosource for Real Estate and part of the Minnesota Real Estate Licensing guidelines require that I continue my education with minimum of 15 hours of education per year. I have also attended various classes and received certifications in the rental industry. I am also a certified folk lift driver and have a special engineering license.
Professional Experience I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Minneapolis Association of Realtors. I also serve on the Professional Standards Committee.
Hobbies / Miscellaneous Information
Besides selling Real Estate I also enjoys riding, training, breeding and selling horses. I also show and compete at Paint Horse shows around the area. I am a mother of 3 wonderful children ages 18, 17 & 13 all boys. Let me counsel you through your next home buying or selling experience!
