| Thank you so much for your assistance in finding a house for B. I know it wasn't easy and took forever but I appreciated so much your easy going calm demeanor which made the whole process a lot less painful than it might have been. Furthermore you saved the day on financing, it's sure a different world than it was in the past. Anyway, B. will certainly recommend you to friends that are looking for a house (I don't know if that constitues good news or bad).
