I've worked as a Groundwater Water Consultant for nearly 2 decades years.  Much of my experience has come from a vast amount of Groundwater Water Consulting within the Real Estate industry.  I've specialized in Real Estate and Water Wells for many years.  Seldom should a property change hands where the water source is not given serious consideration by a purchaser, if not it may be that the purchaser is not experinced in the area of water wells.... or he's foolishly dealing in good faith.
