I am a Broker-Associate with Tarbell, Realtors in Palm Desert, California.

A lot of our business comes from out-of-area, out-of-state and out-of-country clients who wish to retire here or have a second home. They often need a detailed introduction to the area, the inventory, and the market.  Non-Californians often need to find how real estate is bought and sold in California.

Fortunately I have established a secure existence so I can spend the time each client needs to do this.  High end buyers generally want to be assured through detailed research that they are making a good investment, as do all buyers.  My modest income requirement and lower volume enables me to do that.

I am both a US and a Canadian citizen, and have worked with people from many countries.
