I am Wayne Poe with Realty 1 Group.  We have two offices one in Crossville, TN and another in Jamestown, TN.  I am a Realtor/Apprentice Auctioneer.  I grew up in South Carolina, after high school I beat the draft and joined the Marine Corps and spent 10 years there as a helicopter mechanic.  During my time in service I served in Vietnam, Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC, Parris Island, SC, and Quantico, VA.  As a Realtor I apply the same discipline and dedication to duty that I learned in the Maring Corps to working for my customers and clients.  I love Tennessee and I look forward to helping you with your real estate transactions.
