I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism, precision, and reliability provided throughout my 1031 exchange. From start to finish, the process was handled flawlessly, with clear communication, strict adherence to IRS requirements, and proactive guidance at every stage. The team demonstrated deep expertise in complex exchange structures and timelines, giving me complete confidence that my transaction was executed correctly and securely. Funds were handled with absolute care, documentation was thorough and timely, and every question was answered promptly and clearly. If you are looking for a qualified intermediary that operates at the highest standard—detail-oriented, responsive, and truly investor-focused—I highly recommend their services. This is exactly the kind of partner you want when executing a critical tax-deferred exchange.

My name is Craig Duncan. I needed a 1031 Exchange service to hold the proceeds from a home I sold last year. This was the first time I needed such a service and I had very limited knowledge of how a1031 works, plus I was concerned about fraud and the potential for theft when trusting total strangers to hold my money. I am so happy that I found Exeter. My initial call to them was in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep from worrying about this process. Exeter has a 24 hour service that people can call and get a knowledgeable, real person, not just an answering service that takes a message. From there, the team that helped me was fantastic. To say these people are thorough, professional, and honest is an understatement. I have never dealt with a financial institution that holds themselves to such as high level as the folks at Exeter. There's no question about who I will call when I need their services again. I hope this helps people decide where to go when they need a 1031 servicing company. You won't be disappointed.

We just got off the phone with Mr. Exeter for advice on using a 1033 and we highly recommend for anyone with a 1031 or 1033 issue to contact their firm. My husband and I have been dealing with a potential 1033 involuntary exchange issue for over a year now. Since this started, we have researched online, reached out to the IRS, consulted forums, and spoken with tax lawyers and CPAs, but we have not been able to get a satisfactory answer from anyone. Today, after speaking with Mr. Exeter, for the first time we finally feel as though we have a handle on our issue and have confidence to move forward while understanding out responsibilities under the IRC. By all means, if anyone has an issue that their firm can handle, they are well versed and highly knowledgeable. We are so glad that we reached out to them!!!
