I have been a full time Realtor in the Cashiers, Sapphire and Glenville area since 2002. I know this area and the trends and changes that affect real estate in the mountains.  I have owned property in this area since 1994 and have seen a lot of changes both good and not happen.  My wife and I loved the mountains of western North Carolina so much we decided to move here full time.  We have not regretted a minute. My history includes banking and a retail business owner.
