A Home purchase is important and is a huge investment. That is why we are here. To Inspect and educate our clients on what they are buying as well as the fine points with their Home. We typically spend no less than three hours at your Home and provide a completed report on site that summarizes any issues and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Our service does not end at the Inspection. I am personally available for all my past Clients for follow up consultation or advice concerning any questions you may have. We are Full Service and we mean it, just ask any of our past Clients.
Glen Beveridge has over 30 years experience in the Building Trades and has held various positions including Superintendent, Project Manager and General Foreman on projects ranging from Residential Homes, Hospitals, Colleges, Power Plants and various others as well. Glen brings his extensive resume to each Client and you can be assured that you will be satisfied with his evaluation of your new or existing Home.
We offer a variety of additional Inspection Services and offer discounts when others are performed. You can add Radon, Water, Swimming Pools, Indoor Air Quality (mold), Pest and various other specialty evaluations as well. We are often hired to perform follow up Inspections for a variety of needs that include buyers, sellers and Real Estate professionals who need solutions and or a common sense explanation to what a prior Inspection has reported. There are many Home Inspectors to choose from, however, making the right choice can save you time and money. We have one business and that is Inspecting Homes, Churches and Commercial Buildings. Lenders should also be aware that we provide FHA/VA Inspections as well.
Folks who have recently purchased new Homes should consider having a Home Inspection performed prior to the end of the Builder's warranty. Having a professional Home Inspection Report is often quite useful when presenting any issues that are in need of repair with the Builder. Often there may be some items that appear to be functioning well, however, they may require further evaluation to prevent failures and should be included in the Report as well.
