everal years ago my wife and I purchased a house for her mother in Suwanee Georgia. In January of 2007 we put the house up for sale. Our original contact left the agency and Leighann Russell became our agent sometime in the second half of 2007. Two factors have made the sale of our house very difficult. One is the stagnated real estate market in general and the second is that we live in the northeast. As a result we have had to depend on our agent a tremendous amount for information on the local market and the maintenance on our house. Leighann Russell is very knowledgeable about real estate. She is unselfish in her approach to the transaction, and professional in every aspect of her work. If I had to pick the most important word between a client and a real estate agent its trust. I only met Leighann once but I trust her completely. She is a high quality person. I recommend her without hesitation.
