| Our family is in the process of relocating to southwest Michigan, and Paul Dumke was recommended to us. I could not have asked for a better recommendation. When I called Paul to let him know of our relocation and asked him to work with us, he gave me an on the spot phone interview to learn about our wishes for a home and learn about our specific relocation situation. We only had a short window of time to find a home and we had a tailor made list of home options sent to us within 48 hours; with one home meeting almost every criteria. After discussing our interest in our top choice, Paul arranged for a private tour where he was able to take a video of the house and additional photos to show us things we couldn't see on the internet posting. As our interest continued, Paul arranged for details of the home such as determining it wasn't in a flood zone, the utilities averages, and a separate appointment for family who were within driving distance to view the home. We were zeroing in on this being our home and came into a potential bidding war scenario, and Paul used his local connections to help assure our offer was the winning choice. We needed further assistance with finding local lenders, home inspectors, and eventually a yard crew to help maintain the property at least until we arrived and Paul had excellent recommendations at the ready. Paul has even checked on our property during inclement weather while we are in transition and not yet there. In addition to all of Paul's diligence at going above and beyond what I would typically expect of a realtor, he even surprised us with negotiating the top of the line play structure that was in the backyard to stay with the house at no extra cost, when we had been fully expecting to pay for it separately. Without hesitation, I would recommend Paul Dumke as a realtor to anyone who needs help buying or selling a home in west Michigan. Paul has local savvy and will go out of his way to do everything he can to make you happy in your buying or selling venture. |

| I chose Paul over several other realtors because he was highly recommended to me by people I know and respect. I knew from our first meeting that I had made the correct choice. He is very professional, highly skilled and totally competent. His presentation of market analysis was thorough and answered my questions before I asked them. I especially liked the fact that he responded quickly to any phone call or text message. He followed up on showings and because I had to go out of state before we closed my sale, he handled everything "back home" with ease and efficiency.
