My husband and I moved to the Syracuse area 18 years ago, and chose to stay here to raise our children. I started selling real estate 6 years ago. With a lot of hard work and some luck, I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" and haven't looked back since. It's been a dynamic experience! I've met many wonderful people, and it's been my honor to help them out.
I started wearing jeans to work unintentionally. I had been to my son's hockey game and because of a snow storm didn't have time to change before meeting my client. Slowly, I started wearing them to work more, often because I didn't want to ruin my slacks when showing distressed properties. I also started noticing that my clients would open up to me more, making it easier for me to help them. Don't get me wrong - there are still plenty of days you'll see me in slacks or a suit. Those are the days my fellow agents tease me about how I'm dressed!

Don't let my business-casual dress fool you. I work hard and go the extra mile. Most importantly, I make sure all of my buyers and sellers receive the best professional service and know they are not just another number on the sales board.
One of my primary goals is people-house matching. There's a right home for everyone, from "cookie cutter" developments, to the only pink house for miles - or even no one at all for miles! The trick is in discovering the buyers' personalities, then lifestyle, and incorporating their price range.
Another area I strive for is unique and personalized marketing for all of my listings. Each property must be considered individually in regard to advertising and marketing, because not all properties benefit from the same resources.
