I received my real estate license in 1998, through the Phoenix Institute of Real Estate. I continued my education and went on to obtain my broker’s license, my GRI and SFR certifications and designations. I served on the Yuma Association of Real Estate Board of Directors and as the Treasure of the Yuma Association of Real Estate. My passion is Real Estate whether I am selling a client’s home or helping a client who is buying a home. First time buyers, experienced buyers, Military, Relocation or sellers in a short sale. I am a strong negotiator and I am very knowledgeable of the Real Estate process. I believe communication is key which is why I keep my clients informed every step of the way.
