When you are looking for someone to take the worry out of buying and selling real estate, well you have found it! In a real estate transaction, attention to detail is essential to guarantee that things go as planned. As a member of Tyler Properties, it is not only expected, but it is why I enjoy working with my colleagues. Real Estate is always local, but we live in a GLOBAL community and  for that reason I am also a member of three professional organizations:

                                   Daytona International Council

                                   Orlando International Council

                                   Florida International Council

                                   International Trade Alliance

                                   Community Associations Institute

Being an active member of these groups gives my customers an edge in marketing their properties. In addition to the traditional advertizing to the U.S. customers, their homes can be viewed on more than 15 international property websites by over a 100 million potential buyers from the U.K. and Ireland through other European countries to Australia and New Zealand.

Certifications

I was born and raised in Hungary , graduated from the Hungarian Navigational School in 1983 and started to sail as a merchant marine. I came to the U.S. in 1989 and lived in the Daytona Beach area since 1991. I worked for Fortune 500 companies for over 17 years in different sales and management positions while offering services, solutions as well as assisting people and building relationships with my clients for repeat business. I joined the Prudential Real Estate family a few years ago to continue my quest to help people realize the AMERICAN DREAM of homeownership. I speak Hungarian and English and write a real estate column for a Hungarian newspaper published in the U.S. called  "Amerikai Magyar Népszava Szabadság".

The primary area that I concentrate my time on is Single Family Residences in the Port Orange area and water front properties /Condominiums & SFR / in the Daytona Beach area.

This past year / 2007 / I started to shift my focus on assisting foreign nationals to purchase real estate in Florida, without neglecting my current and future customers from the U.S.
