I Have been in Real Estate Field for a long time now, I have received a lot of experience by working with Key Advantage Realty, RE/MAX Home Team, RE/Max Landmark, Keller Williams Realty - Boston South West and Currently with Avant Realty Group. I have over 20 years of sales and management experience in various fields as well as being a homeowner and a landlord of properties ranging from a 2-Family Houses, Garden-Style Condominium, a Large Luxury Townhouse and a Single-Family House for about 18 years.
With all that experience and over 20 years in the Military, I have found one thing to be Important to Succeed; the Customer, the Client, Employees, Soldiers. One must have to give 110% to all these People. What 110% means to me is doing everything to the best of my ability to make all those people extremely satisfied. | " We needed to rent our Needham home quite suddenly and I contacted three brokers in the area. I chose David because he was the only broker to walk in-sit at the kitchen table-actually look around and tell me how beautiful our house was. Nice landscaping, beautiful renovation, etc. Two other brokers came in and said it wouldn't get the amount I wanted. One even tried to get me to sell it.
