I saw your comments about Andrey Polston and Listing Academy.  I too, bought in to his YouTube promotion and have been paying $297 per month since July 2022.  

For the last three months, Andrey has not shown up for training events, Q & A events according to what he published, and is not any longer responding to text messages or emails.  Of course, his voice mail box is full.

I signed up for a class with Andrey, I believe it was at least $1,000.  I then got ill from the Moderna Covid shot. (Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia)  He moved to Florida and still hasn't responded.  It's been almost 2 years and I'm finally beginning to feel better.  I'm off oxygen and can walk a little without it.  I hope I can at least get on the class that I ordered.

I am pretty much through hour 3 of Andrey Polston's Webinar (way too long).  I have been in the real estate business for almost 20 years, still exceptionally busy, so I am not really sure why I even signed up for this, but I did. This was a free webinar, I am sure there will be a sales pitch of some sort at the end. I do not recommend this system he is touting. I also feel that I could have been doing something more worthy of my time for the last three hours. 

On April 15, 2020 I sat through Andrey Polston's 1 hour seminar by Andrey Polston, promoted through ActiveRain, about Social Signaling. Although I was not able to ultimately purchase his two day course he did announce, in front of all those attending, that I had won his "Grand Prize" for attending the seminar which included some video gear that works with my iPhone and $500 in Facebook advertising credits. I provided him all the information he requested and to date I have received nothing. I've sent him 3 emails to which I have yet to receive the pleasure of his reply. No wonder he has a D+ BBB rating and poor reviews elsewhere on the web. What's the deal Andrey Polston? This is a poor way to do business.

Put me down as one of Mr. Polston's victims too. We paid him $4,750 for an ongoing Facebook market program he was supposed to do and when he did not deliver what he promised on time I asked for a refund based on his "100%, no questions asked, guarantee"
Crickets. He does not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails.

I filed a dispute with our credit card company and they're still working on after giving us a provisional credit.

If we don't get the credit my attorney will be contacting Mr. Polston. 

He talks a great game but the execution (except for the collecting your money part) is very poor. 

I also got royally screwed by Andrey Polston, who has been completely incommunicado, and has not issued me a refund. Did you ever get yours?

ActiveRain has grown and changed so much since the days when you might receive a surprise phone call from Bob letting you know how you could improve a post or something to that effect. I know I did several times. I'm sure he no longer has time to reach out personally to each of us but I trust his integrity and his desire to be of service. Hopefully, that other company feels the same way. Good luck.

Sad, but why many don't sign up for the sponsored classes through AR.  Hope you see your refund soon.

I see here several possiblities

I trust that Andrey Polston and ListingBully are now aware of the real cost of one unhappy customer.

A happy customer may tell five. An unhappy one tells hundreds.

And this is how you modify behavior.... assurance of EXPOSURE.

Now when all is made right, acknowledge it and let us know how Bully fixed it, but don't retract the accounting of your experience. 

Managing an unhappy customer graciously is what a good company does. So, BULLY does still have a chance at redemption.

Gail Robinson I hope you find relief on this matter. Regarding reaching out to Bob, I don't know how involved he is in this site anymore other than pitching webinars to the members. When I reached out to him a couple times in the past year regarding an upcoming webinar I too failed to receive a response. Which is unlike him- he had always been very speedy in previous outreach.

I've never heard of this person and thank goodness didn't sign up for anything. I'm sure he will reach out to you and get to the bottom of your refund.

I quit signing up for ActiveRain webinars because during & after the webinar.  The presenter wants to sell you something. Like you, Gail Robinson , I want to learn something if I take my time to attend a webinar.

Gail, have you tried leaving a polite but stern, message/request for refund on the ListingBully Facebook page?  No business I know likes negative comments/reviews/etc. on their social media.

This is why I pay with AMEX Platinum. I can dispute this and they will reverse it.

Thanks for the heads up... even the name "ListingBully" would turn me off from signing up for anything.

Which is why i do not believe a course can teach you anything about the realities of listing homes. They teach you keep your money. I believe brokerages who use the mentor model and teach by doing. There is so many online courses, e books and internet sites that just want your money

I had a problem getting a refund on something else that AR endorsed. 

I am one of the few that got a refund, but it was a long time coming, I had to continually complain...to all the high ups.

I have no patience for people that don't pay up...

The best way is to email him at Active Rain. From my perspective, AR has no business recommending such services and their new approach to sell through a variety of webinars is unfortunate.

You have to tag him. 

It's very sad to hear that you experienced this 'non-payment' from someone who was highly referred by someone you trust.  Hopefully you will get a contact from Bob Stewart soon and get this taken care of promptly.

Sorry to hear this Gail, I am sure that Bob will be contacting you soon, however I doubt that he has the power to force this other company to do much. 

You may also want to contact your credit card company to see if they can do something to help with this.
