We had the most recent one about 18 mo ago!
This one isn't scheduled to be a drive by - he will be at the house next week.
All done, I always have the comps that I do to price the home, plus all the upgrades ready for the appraiser. Got all over to the appraiser this morning.
Also send copy to lender and ask them to forward to the RAC or whatever appraisal management system they use- a licensed appraiser runs the assignment desk and maybe even owner, those extra eyes can assist. Why does he/she think it's lower than the agreed price with willing buyer - did it go higher than list or is view property?
It got bid up with multiple offers. All info is in, and appraiser has acknowledged receipt.
It is only for VA buyers, and first I heard of this was just a few years ago.
Oh Ok t thanks Joan. what the heck is it? I don't do many VA loans so I have no idea.
I too have had many drive-bys, but my first Tidewater prior to the appraiser doing their report.
