Indeed, it was a strategy for awhile - cheaper to buy a new printer than ink! What is wrong with that picture?
Thank you so much Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist for such a detailed and constructive response; well appreciated.
Caroline Gerardo - thanks, good advice, albeit not the greenest, agree. I need something a bit more permanent. No plans to use for any flyers, would definitely use professional services, this is just for some in-house printing to facilitate other activities.
Thanks, Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA , good recommendation and advice!
Interesting re: ink subscription, sounds reasonable and clever, thank you Ron and Alexandra Seigel!
Sounds good, what is the style number Kevin J. May ?
Olga Simoncelli , it is a Brother MFC-L2700DW and I forgot to mention that it is WIFI capable also.
Thanks, will explore Dario Ferreira. I also never change a cartridge at the first "complaint".
It's a great option to have Eva B. Liland Century 21 Doug Anderson, especially if your office is so close!
Good idea to compare prices, Annette Lawrence , Palm Harbor, FL 727-420-4041, I will check with a few different vendors.
We have a little Epson as well Wayne Martin that is filling in right now.
I have been as well, Roy Kelley.
Glad it does the job for you Will Hamm.
Sounds like a potentially reasonably-priced option, Joseph Domino 480-390-6011; a little concerned about ink consumption and quality. Our little Epson smudges stuff sometimes.
No need to get Alexa involved, Scott Godzyk, lol.
The price has gone up a bit, it's in the $400 range now Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker. Good option; I think I'd like to try laser, but not sure yet.
Marte Cliff That may be my issue as well! Normally works fine.
Bob Crane Ink is crazy expensive, that's why I'm considering laser maybe.
Years ago Office Depot had ink jets so cheap that it was actually cheaper to buy a new printer and use up the included ink than to but new ink. That was a crazy time.
