I never heard of this company likely because I do not pay attention to lead gen companies - do not buy leads. I create my own.

Our brokerage is currently using them, but I think it needs refined further. I'm being forwarded inquiries for buyers a good 3+ hours away from our home.
Of the local leads, they're the typical buyer type leads: they already have an agent/just need someone to open the door/no longer need help. As always, it's a numbers game. I wouldn't want it to be an essential part of my business generation, but okay as an incremental additive if you've got the time and inclination to work the leads.
In general, I'd much rather use blogging/IDX pages to generate our business.

They don't generate leads; they sell you leads.

No but, I had a rash of calls from them and finally had to be totally rude to get them to take me off of their call list.

Nope. Most companies that sell so called leads, offer the same lead to several agents, so don't think they're working just for you. Spend your money generating your own leads.

Our company has a deal with them where every agent gets a profile on Homes.com. We haven't received a lead in a long, long time. I don't think it's all that worth it.

Our Team does buy leads and I know we have used Homes.com. I have not seen a lead from them in quite a while.
Remember that buying leads does not automatically mean you will close deals. Lead follow-up with purchased leads is challenging. You must be organized and dedicated in your follow-up. It is a numbers game. Buy enough leads and follow-up properly and you can be successful. Not for the person who expects immediate, major success.

I'm fairly certain my website has a syndication agreement with them, but NO I use my own SEO and my own site for lead generation.

Debbie I don't buy and never have been interested in buying leads. So I can't help you with this venue. I've heard of it....but don't know from who.

A great many years ago.
For a very brief time.
My suggestion is you should not consider a lead gen company that is not using the EXACT SAME METHOD to solicit your business. That means they are succefully living off of what they are trying to sell you.
One lead gen company I tried was actually running buyer adds marketing a BIG REBATE which of course they won't get from me. Make sure you know the hook they use and all of those who will receive the 'caught one' alert.
There is a reason I would use HOMES, but in todays real estate environment, that reason is relegated to the trash bin.
