Trulia and AR are somehow merging.  I just spoke to a Trulia Customer Rep. a few minutes ago and there many things that have not been ironed out yet.  I do not have a Trulia Pro Website but you might want to wait until all of these changes take place before you spend any money, UNLESS there are other people who comment and know otherwise. This is just my personal opinion:)

I will not be renewing my trulia pro. I thought it was worth a shot for the $10/ month but I could be spending that money somewhere else and will be soon.  Not worth it in my opinion 

Trulia PRO is NOT a website, it is an enhancement to your profile and listings. It provides more exposure and possible leads to those who list, but does not provide a web site or their "infamous" junk leads they charge for. I LOVE PRO for listing but if everyone has it, there is no advantage any more. I pay more and am getting the screws because i was a trusted customer and not new, i may be ending that real soon unless they change and take care of us OLD customers as well

I will cancel soon.  I find it's not helpful and recently I'm having trouble wih my account / app.  

It is a listing enhancement as some above mentioned which my brokerage covers as a business enhancement benefit for our agents.

There are so many ways we can throw money away - I have gotten some sales from Trulia and Zillow but I think it depends on which zipcodes you are featured in. 

I tried the AR discount offer for 6 months and found no difference and you only get one listing featured at a time, so you have to pay a lot more for multiples. Also a warning, once it is over they start charging you the $30 a month without your permission. Aftwer two days of hold times of over 30 minutes with their billing department and no answer I had my credit card company reverse the charge. Lousy service.

I couldn't get it to work for me and I bought it on 2 different occassions. Some people are very successful with it. Definitely better if you have listings.

I have never known anyone personally who has Trulia Pro that kept it.

Trulia Pro is a 'product' that enhances your listings.

I think they are running a $10/month special for 6 months - till 31st Dec. Grab it and see if it works for you.

there are so many changes going on on Trulia and AR, that it is better to see what they come up with before committing to any paid service.
