Our MLS has built-in CMA tab. CloudCMA and Toolkit CMA I have heard of. You can also create TopProducer CRM as well as Market Leader PRO has options for CMA. eNeighborhood was the one I used it once.

I was at an office several years ago that had the best software hands down, each agent was able to put in their own values for +/-75 items, square foot, roof types, walkout basements etc, and when all was said and done you could actually select other agents names and it would automatically adjust to their analysis, I would then take all of these and come to a price that was within .5% every single time. It was especially great for when you had a listing in another agents area of expertise, very easy to price the homes.

Unfortunately I left the office and have not seen anything like it since. I will try to recall the name.

Any updates on who has the best CMA

I use the CMA that our MLS provides us with.  I do customize it and add other pieces of valuable information to it.  I can't see spending the extra money.  If your client likes and trusts you, the data is all the same. The number of houses that have sold, are under contract and are available doesn't change.

I used the CloudCMA for quite awhile. It produces a nice one. However, over the past year I have developed my own key items that seems to work. 

Cloud CMA is at the top  of a short list.  It is not the greatest but we believe it is the best.  There is really something missing in the CMA software industry.

I am interested in this as well, but judging by the responses so far it looks like this is a pretty sparsely populated area when it comes to choice/options. Certainly nothing like CRM software.

I use REMAX CMA, it works okay, I would like to see what else is out there that would work a bit better.  REMAX is missing some key points I like.

I have not found one I love so I just use the one that our mls provides us.  Good but not the best.

I have yet to find a CMA software solution that can accurately do as good a job in varied neighborhoods as an Excel spreadsheet that I have developed.  Though, I'm looking at the solutions here.

I used ToolkitCMA for seven years and know their product inside and out, however, they have fallen behind in technical matters and would not give us the ability to upload the photo's we wanted for the cover sheet.  What they offered does not look like my market so was unreal for me.  I am now with Cloud CMA however, they have not yet been approved by our MLS and it is practically useless.

Our MLS has a pretty good CMA program. You can customize fields you want to make adjustments for. I really like that. In my rural area, you might be adjusting for a horse setup, a creek, or the view, or all three of them. 

I have only used toolkit cma so I will be back to see what other think.

I tried CloudCMA and wasn't sold. Am currently working with CMA Toolkit...so far it seems more concise.

Cloud CMA.  They can be personalized and branded beautifully, and they look very professional.  Of course, the tech part and the parameters are limited, but we were able to do it for our clients with our designer's help.  A
