Has anyone had a good or bad experience from Mortgage Forgiveness Program, where you pay monthly deposits but get them returned in closed sales? It's a short sale listing program. thanks, Lynne

That's the name of the program? Who sponsors it? It is really close tothe Mortgage Debt Forgiveness Act of 2007. It sounds like a fraud program created after the Act.
