We are more marketing and brand oriented. When marketing is done right, sales are irrelevant, by Peter Drucker. The message is key, when it is right, and you have the right market place, all is simple and flows. We love Jim Collins Good to Great.
Tom Hopkins, because he wrote - your goals can change! This is something I think agents fall for all the time. They set goals and they think they are set in stone. Life happens and our goals can change, some sales people just do not get this.
