I want to thank the answers I received yesterday regarding the "Attorney Broker" verses the "Broker" license. Most of my replies asked for the state in which the license was held. It's Massachusetts

Unless the Mass. R.E. License Laws have recently changed, Attorney's can apply for a Broker's License. The difference is Attorney's are not required to take the CEUs for their Broker's License renewal. As I recall they are listed as "Attorney Broker" on the "licenses check site".
