No experience like that.
A while back, I took a peek at the Redfin site with regard to sending referrals to outside agents. At that time, it seemed fairly clear that the lower end referrals are the only ones that go to outside agent.
Hi David. They are very popular in the Seattle area as I am licensed in both FL and WA. Many buyers like their rebates. They have a very good website. I've never been interested in their outside agent system.
The CEO has been trying to change the real estate paradigm for awhile. They were slapped by the Northwest MLS. They are still at it.
I can also see disciplinary actions every month for Washington. There are typically a few Redfin agents in the mix.
They also have some bad reviews on Yelp.
Never used them but I am sitting back and reading as I have heard of them forever
Redfin is not popular in this area. I do know some buyers like to use their website, but not their agents.
Have had no experience with Redfin, so can't really comment on the quality of their leads. My biggest complaint about all of these lead generation companies is who they have selling their services.
David Barr - never worked with Redfin. Heard they have great mobile app.
I have had no experience with redfin. Sorry for your lack of leads.
Never should have hired a 3rd party to start with. Why pay someone for your leads?
