Not really, Frisco used to be a charming city but the area and the liberal attitude transformed the area dramatically. Frisco used to be one of my favorite cities but no more. San Diego is evolving and getting better IMHO, yet the data will probably not substantiate my perception.

San francisco has always been a hot spot to live, people love that mild cool climate and Frisco Atmosphere. Does not supprise me at all, San Franciso has a great high tech job base.

I rarely hear anything bad about San Diego or Frisco. I am in between both and they are both totally different communitites.
