To evaluate a CRM based on drip emails would be a error in judgment.
Everyone does drip emails. EVERYONE!
Neither have the capability to place images in the subject line. So, nothing new.
What you need to be evaluating is where you will be in three years regarding your inbound marketing efforts. Neither of these will take you where you need to be. IS is more likely to have sufficient agility to adapt mainly due to the legacy system upon which TP is based.
Be aware, the REAL cost of a CRM is the setup, training, and configuration. Choose badly and those 80 to 120 hours are lost. This systemic cost is why folks are unwilling to endure the pain of change.
If these were the ONLY choices on the planet I would go with IS for the reason previously stated.
Before you sign up for the TRIAL (don't give credit card) have a spread sheet with 5 buyers and 5 sellers (with names like Robert testbuyer1, Mary testseller1) with gmail and yahoo email address. Have a real test plan. Some CRM's (of the 11 I have testes) are TOO DANGEROUS TO USE.....yet agents are and believing the problem is their skill or system, not the CRM.
PS: TP was one of the 11 tested and not one failure was uncovered
I don't know.
TopProducer is real estate specific.
I had Top for 12 years. Never used it for mass emails. Really like Realty Juggler and have use it in mass emails.
I will look for the answers for tips.
I know some folks who use infusionsoft. From what I understand, it is a complicated program. Once you master the use of it it is phenomenal.
