I do not see the need for a realtor.com domain. You are better served to have a domain in your own name.

I don't care either way. I've had ninahollander.com for so long that all my clients know it and remember it. And that's all I care about--that they can find me when they need me.

Hi Charles -- mine was free which seems about the right price. I don't see a use in paying for it if/when that happens.

No - it will always be available if I change my mind - unless there is another realtor with the same name!

No need for it, all my clients know me by www.beverly-richardson.com.
Works great for my cients.

I think .com is where you need to be. I think it would be confusing for the public as well.

At least early on it will cause frustration. In the question and in some of the replies people are typing realtor.com.
There is no ".com" on the end!
It's only ".realtor"
Really see no need to get the domain just to have it. Unless you're setting up a new site, squeeze page or blog then maybe but it is a new domain and will probably cause some problems early with people typing in domain with .com ending.

Charles, I reserved one but did not follow up on activating it, because of the price they will charge in a year.

No importance whatsoever. Just another ploy to separate agents from their hard-earned money.
