Let's be honest, we all have. Maybe myself more than others because I am getting closer to the retirement age and don't have as many bills as I used to, I can entertain that thought. But some of these people who think the axis of the world runs through the top of their head, make me want to tell them where to put it. I'm talking about agents, clients, lenders and anyone else who can screw up a real estate deal. OK, rant over. Going back to work now.

I've had those days but that was before the realization that you either have to make the decision to be in or out. You can't keep going back and forth. When I realized that and I decided i was "in", I never had those days again! I think after that it is all down hill and like Spirit said, the positives outweigh the negative.
