You need to have neighborhood and specilalization. Most are experimenting all internet sites and have even huge billboards along highway. I see one for 3 miles buy all bus stops signs, grocery carts, billboards, ads, and team cars, staging trucks posting his photo. Of course he has made movie in multiple languages to attract affluent foreign buyers. I think you need to put 5-6 figures a year to get noticed.

Every day you should add a new person to your circle get their name, phone number and email , 3 would be better; you don't have to sell them anything to add them to your data base . well thats what i have done , good hunting you can do it

What really needs to be understood is your business model and your genius. Then a compatible system to cultivate and convert leads will be easier to identity.
Some agents have repressed Xenophobic tendencies while other thrive in the G&G environment. Knowing yourself is the secret to bringing the right resources into your business.
