Good pointers I was thing about doing email Video Campaigns
I email my newsletters out @the end of each month and "snail mail" the rest to see what response I receive. I believe is you have a catchy subject line, that you will get more people reading your email, whatever it may be. My position is to keep my face and brand in front of those customers and clients that I have been doing business with, to stay in touch and be front and center, so I will be the first in their mind when it comes to referrals. However, it doesn't always mean that the subjects are all 100% real estate related; but do offer other interesting topics, so I can keep my audience engaged and not bored! It works very well. I think the days of recipes as such are done and is not the best way to stay in touch, unless you do this once a yr during holidays for a favorite meal recipe to send out, but that's it! The world has become so loaded with information going back and forth, you have to figure out what best works for you audience and test out different subjects and see who opens up your mail and/or responds. Lastly, asking opinions and questions to receive responses are an excellent way to engage and keep your people interested
The experience one will have regarding email marketing is directly related to the value they represent to their database. For some, no value exists, for others only name recognition and some will have received benefit and have a higher value relationship.
To effectively establish value, you first must know which group you are addressing and creating the subject line and promise that delivers. Putting an message aligned with their interests is essential.
Industry average suggests the following:
Spamming - 0.001 response rate
No value - 0.02 response
Name recognition - 0.08 response
Value relationship - 0.2 response
Email marketing works, but you need to know how to work it.
I have very effectively used email marketing when mass emails were directed to our database.
It's on the horizon but has not been implemented other than a large datatbase which can support it.
Good morning. For the money that is costs, it is a good investment. My news letter goes out way.
For the most part, email marketing winds up getting filed in the circular file.
I never bought into the drip email campaigns so I have not done this.
never have really done me any good. Meet in person, referral...
Consistent, personalized campaigns have been fruitful for me.
