Roy Kelley - when they upgrade, the fix 10 items, however, I have seen at least one thing not work as expected after the upgrade. I'd expect them to test the upgrades thoroughly so that existing  features continue to work! (We all know Spell Check stopped working after recent upgrade.)

I don't know much about the business practices but Praful Thakkar is right, quality control during upgrades should be a high priority.

Have support get their act together and put a lid on the attitude of at least one person in particular over there.

Business practices? There is no business here which is why Market Leader, Trulia then Zillow kicked the can down the road.

To be a business, the question must be restated as, "What can AR do to monetize this website and (optional) be of benefit to it's current members?"

I would like to hear how the current owner anticipates using AR in his real estate enterprise. Then, if visions are compatible, I could submit those features that I would be willing to PAY FOR and continue my participation.

I do not EXPECT a free ride, but do enjoy one when available. For my purposes the website works just fine and the 'glitches' we have all experienced can be simply the planned integration of new vendors and temporary suspension of service while work is completed. Been there, done that, nothing new.

But to-date, no one from AR has shown interest in soliciting ideas, and I don't blame them. AR should walk in the light that they have and let the chips fall where the may. Now, about that picture management system they have........
