Content: Which type of post do you find increase your chance of clicks to your Real Estate website. My market reports are not generating as many views as say a post on community related events.

I think most market reports are a snooze for cosumers...and some need more interpretation to be welcome reading...the "what's happening" aspect has more interest.

Whatever draws interest to your site is a good thing. How often do you do the market reports? I've found that blogging about rates and mortgage related items too often leads to less and less clicks on them.

You have stumbled onto something that you should invest more research into regarding search terms. You will find "news" and 'events' to be much more superior to 'market report' or 'just listed' or 'new on the market' in regard to attracting readers. Confirm what I state using your own research.

Now, your post should deliver NEWS related to EBA for the target audience. for example: News: Fairway Estates, Dunedin FL - new business to be located on golf course grounds. (EBA - those familiar with Fairway Estates have been wondering about that newly erected chain link fence)

The CTA in the blog is find out more about what has sold or is crrently for sale in Fairway Estates, Dunedin FL (self select) with that landing page offering a 'CIS Score' option for their home. (pre-disposed)

You can leverage in the same manner events in the community. Just make sure you set the stage properly so the reader's interest at that time is not betrayed by a disconnect with the landing pages.
