if you want a cheap, do nothing, never find me web site then go with placetter, zillow, wordpress, ect. I would only suggest these as a third site to your marketing.
A step up would be homes, imagepro, advanced, ihouse ... decent first choice but not the best around.
I would personally recommend Kunverson, market leader or geek. These offer some or all of the following...CRM, lead capture and generation, auto responders, posting capability to third parties, google map technology, built in blog, idx and very high tech... way more that the other options above... the cost is high... but you get what you pay for.... i personally use Kunversion.

It is your professional business site? Lead generation? Information dispenser? Home search? On-line chat? Market books or other products or services?
I suggest you troll the Internet and find 3 or 4 sites you really, really like, then call the name of the company you see at the very bottom of the page or do a 'who is' query.
What you should discover is high conversion websites have a very simple, and purposed intent, as opposed to the traditional real estate website with six buttons 15 pull downs and a contact form.
Your clarity will result is the best website.
