Sally K. & David L. Hanson I prefer that my sellers see that directly from the buyer's agent on what the buyer thinks of the home. This eliminates a layer as well as being worried about how to say it to your client in 'politically correct' way.

I let them see the feedback unfettered, and if I have to track the Buyers agent down for their input on the phone I type it in for them to keep a running track of the showing agent comments. Should a consistent pattern develop it helps with getting the Seller to make adjustments or improvement to get the property sold,

It's up to seller. If I did get feedback, I would provide it all if that's what they wanted, but most feedback is generic bs that is meaningless and useless.

I don't allow sellers direct access to feedback.  Sometimes the feedback is harsh or rude.  Even when it's not intended that way, a sensitive seller can get their feelings hurt.  Not always, but sometimes I will choose to edit the feedback before forwarding.

No access to 3rd party reviews.

Imagine if the 3rd party screwed it up. Who is left holding the bag? Several agents in Tampa bay relied on a 3rd party to do their work for them and was left holding a $2,5000 bag.

If the feedback is important to the seller or to me, I will not rely on a 3rd party. Those who do use 3rd parties suggest it is not important to them so I choose not to play unless transgression occurs.

No way, i have to offer a buffer from those who chose to leave generic comments that have nothing to do with anything to those who speak their mind and are not kind. Most all buyer agents check the home is over priced even when priced way under for fast sale.

Absolutely no direct access, ever! I believe I have to review all comments first. I've seen comments that are so rude you don't want a seller seeing them; I've seen comments about homes that don't relate to the home in question at all, as they are obviously about another house.

I edit the comments as sometimes, the entire comment is not for clients' eyes.

For example, a showing agent might state an offer is forthcoming, never to materialize. I do not wish to get my sellers anxious.
