I can't point to one paticular book, but you mentioned Delivering Happiness that one effected me a lot about building my teams and company culture. Can't go wrong mentioning The Millionare Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller, lots of good info in there.

I must say most of my learning that effected the business was more from entreprneur.com, inc.com or similar business websites because they are always about the latest technology, marketing trends etc.

Ah, Oren is amazing at business motivation! I almost took a job with him, but the commute was going to be a bit too much for me, and the offer to work for my current company was great and an easier commute, so I took it instead.
