I do not.

Why? I have other mechanisms in place to generate business.

Can they work? You bet!

Do they work for everyone? Of course not.

What's the difference? The  appeal and message and that little pesky thing about ANSWERING THE PHONE.

Let me elaborate on this further for others who may be reading.

Our reticular activation system (RAS) alerts us subconsciously to those things important to us at that time. An example is I was unaware how many Honda Pilots were on the road until it become important to me....I purchased one. Now I see them EVERYWHERE. That is RAS.

The same is true for those who have real estate on their mind. Their RAS will trigger on what is important to them. If the sign is not trigger.

Now, let us count eyeballs. In a two hour exercise I counted over 400 sets of eyeballs saw my promotion. But that did not mean they will act, or does it?

My test involved this tee-shirt. Trust me when I say the website received incredible response.

Remember the test was about if they would act after seeing and the conclusion is MOST CERTAINLY THEY WILL FOLLOW THE PROMISE!

The bigger the ride, the bigger the sign the higher number of responses.

Should a new agent place a sign on their car? yes.

A typical real estate agent sign....HE** NO.

No. They scratch the paint on your doors.

Don't count on car signs to get you business. They do show your presence in the community and that is good.

I don't use magnetic signs but when I did I would get questions about real estate when I was in neighborhoods showing other buyers houses.

I haven't done this. I go back and forth with this kind of advertising.

If I was going to do this, I probably wouldn't use sign panels, but would have the advertisment put in my back window. I've seen some nice advertising done this way.
