And yes, it is possible - the reason being, you have momentum in Summer leading to many new leads which eventually ends up buying in last 4 months of the year!
For me, the single best month I ever had was November of 2013!
It seems to stay very busy until right after Thanksgiving. I think that December is a great month to buy, because there are fewer people out there looking.
I would say we do about 30% of our sales from Sept. 1 to the end of the year. I hope that this year will be different.
A race to the finish, we are very busy here.

The change in seasons doesn't have as much impact as the change in attitude -- many people seem to "take off" during the fourth quarter of the year -- I'm open for business.
