Scoping a new potential residential development site for a builder

I started my day hours ago... at the gym when it opened this morning at 6:00am.... online and then I'm off and running to do errands ...my grandson is home from college for the weekend and it's a family thing this afternoon.... Tammy's been cooking and I'm bringing the antipasto... photos later...

Errands.

Praying for rain to stop as I have to head out on a boat to list an island this afternoon!!  Went to bed with no rain forcasted and guess what I woke up to!?!

This morning I'm watching World Cup Rugby: New Zealand vs South Africa

Try to choke more business out of the market in hopes of achieving my goal - getting ready for appointments starting at noon --- have a good one all!

It is a normal Saturday - have a buyer and a listing appointment.

1. Peak Producers class this morning. (My 3 most active buyers all went into escrow in the last 2 weeks, wahoo, no tours today!)
2. Negotiating a request for repairs.
3. Getting my Annual pre-Thanksgiving Client Appreciation Party guest list finalized for the invites that go out Monday.
4. Final verification of property condition on a house closing next Tuesday.
5. Then afternoon off:

Picking my bride up from San Diego Airport; she's been gone for a week and we need to reconnect. She's a Virgin America inflight team leader and her schedule takes her away for 5-10 days at a time. The reunions are fun.

Getting ready for a long day of Real Estate. This sunny fall day will bring a new listing and 3 new buyers to take out. 

First thing on schedule is heading to Middleburg to help set up art show in Pink Box Park. Then after I need to investigate some lots for a buyer. Have to be back at Middleburg at 3:00 to take down art show.

I showed a home at 8 this morning, so we could get in before they closed for new offers. It was listed yesterday, but with such low inventory you have to move quick, or lose.

My client was traveling yesterday, so we got there first thing this morning, waking up the seller even who overslept.

Working on: ActiveRain, setting up a webinar for next week, working on the website & lastly some YouTube. Pretty exciting day that I'll finish off with some reading.

Heading to Spin Class, recording 9 videos, then selling two duplexes. Also watching Formula One qualifying for the Austin Texas race.

My daughter had to perform at Dance Moms, so since I'm a driver, it was a big chunk of the day,

Today was a mix of work and fun. I had to get pictures of houses, but I took my dog along and we headed to the doggie park for some fun. You know dog parks are a great place to network. 

We came down out of the hills today for a little shopping for supplies and church in the morning.

I took a walk with my morning coffee, took my dog to Balboa Island to play in the ocean and took a nap. Tonight is a nice meal and glass of red wine while I catch up on some taped TV shows. 

I started with yard work...

In one word...Net - working.

Really, the whole day? Too many stories! Came up with a name for my costume this year! Love it!!! What are you going to be for Halloween and what about your day, Marco? 

Hit the gym and then went to my wife's cousin's wedding.  Good times!  Always good to see family.  

Checked email, checked messages, checked Facebook, Checked Activerain, checked for new listings on the MLS. Sent out listings to clients that had a new or updated listing hit that matched their saved criteria.  (we can save up to 50 searches in our mls system)

Enjoying the fall like morning.    Going to a celebration this evening, and that should be lots of fun.  A
