Not taking time to excercise, when I know I should.
Sitting at the computer for too many hours.
Spending too much time on AR.
Gossiping. I'm embarrassed about it.
I can not possibly admit/dislcose my worst habit:)
Good Monday morning Debbie. Not having patience with the idiots on the highway.
Picking my nose in the car. Reminding myself I could be found out by someone I know and lose out on deals.

Procrastination, letting go things~ but I'm working on it. Here it is, I admitted it.
Working long hours, and having absolute no balance in life.
Letting my desk pile up.

Speaking my mind before thinking of what to say. that long with being a smart A$$, doesn't help
Inability to delegate aka control freakish behavior.
I am a really, really bad procrastinator.
I can become a determined driver if I am on a mission...It appears to be aggresive but safe although it moves with a focused purpose.
I would say filing, keeping my desk neat as it tends to "pile up"
I don't consider my "bad" habits bad. They are just supposedly bad for a variety of reasons. What am I talking about? I like my glass of wine in the evening. I get real milk (none of that 2% for me in my tea). None of that ersatz suger in anything like no diat colas (well, I don't drink ANY colas). I just made some scrambled eggs and I use REAL butter. You see my drift. With my "bad" habits, I don't have a weight problem so how bad can they be? Oh, you meant maybe at work? I might get overly enthusiastic about something but need to drop it after thinking it through.
without doubt procrastination. I still haven't mailed my 3rd quarter corporate tax reports due next Saturday. I always wait. ugh.

Getting to bed too late, so I don't get a full 7 or 8 hours of sleep.
