OMG 8 in the AM? You wouldn't get permission to enter any home in my area before 10am and that is pushing it! My appointments are all later in the afternoon every day this week.
Same time, I am about to pick up an investor in from California.
I do not have my first appointment until much later.
Marco, not quite the earlybird you are this morning!
You beat me, Marco Giancola. 9am for me!
I spend the Monday morning/early afternoon w/ my staff - my mtgs so I can get them set up for the week. I generally make a few quick calls/follow ups in morning. Then, after the meeting, early afternoon, I make most of my follow up calls as that is the best time to reach everyone (mon mornings not a good time). Then, I have 1-2 appts in afternoon/evening. I just have 1 set tonight and I'm glad as I have a bunch of catch up to do.
6:30. Breakfast with a builder
I got to the office middle of the morning to give all the listing information to our admin staff for my new listing.
It's not 8 yet but the coffee is brewing. I've checked email and now in AR.
445am Coffee. Active Rain. More Coffee. More Active Rain. More Coffee. More Active Rain. Breakfast. Get ready for the day. Head to the hospital to pick up my Father who is being discharged today after a weekend stay. Nothing else "planned" for today...
today's an off day because I'm waiting for wood pellets to be delivered... 10,000 pounds of them.....5 pallets with each having 50, 40 pound bags.... my grandson is stacking them in my basement this weekend.
I have plenty to do this morning but no appointments until afternoon.
Met with my gym trainer at 530, and he killed me!

Marco Giancola congratulations. And I know you worked very hard for this appointment since last few weeks.
Hope to see a 'coming soon' post from you.
Seldom schedule appmts with anyone other than staff before noon.
I'll be there if it is close-by. If not close ( if I have I have to use 405 or any other so loved traffic or canyon), driving L.A. traffic at 8 am is pointless.
