Ken said it best. Contact your lawyer and run like the wind. I don't know about other states, but in California if you file a restraining order against someone you can carry a concealed firearm without having to go through the permit process, due to your life being in imminent danger.

Holymoly! OK, so your X is with someone who committed murder using his money. I assume he is complicit. Did you go to the cops? I would think that for info to convict a murderer and solve a case, you could get witness protection and a reward -- maybe a divorce settlement. I probably watch too much TV, but I would think that could solve a couple of your problems. I agree with what Ken said as well, on all points. Especially the AZ part. There's something about everyone carrying that makes people respectful. Blessings and luck to you.

Have you spoken to the FBI yet? What was their response? If you truly feel your life is in danger every law enforcement authority should know about this. And it never hurts to pray.

Go to court in a county away from where you live and change your name. Forget about divorce attorney- they see what money you have and that's what they charge. Why go through a divorce ? If he's a crook he won't pay you anyways. Change your hair color and wear clear glasses. Being a Realtor you will be visible
