Advertise in the classifieds apartment & house rental section;  "Why pay your Landlord's Mortgage"  and heavy hit apartment buildings with your farming with examples of 1st time Buyer homes with relevant financing information.

Being a member of a team is one of the best advice given above.  Another way at will take a little longer is to post buyer relevant information for your location.  Buyer surfing for information in you area should find you if you have good content and targeted keyword.  You just can't use houses for sale in Minneapois, use homes under $100,000 in Uptown.

An agent I know in LA sits open houses for all the agents in her office, and acquires buyers that way. You may want to reach out specifically to EBAs like Carla Muss-Jacobs and read her blog and website to see how she demonstrates value.

You could join a team as a buyer's agent.  That might be the quickest way to get buyers, but you'll have to decide if the team format is a fit for you. 

When I started out in a new area, I asked another agent if I could advertise their listings to get my phone to ring.  That worked for me.  Work on developing your sphere of influence and let them know you will be glad to help them if they want to buy a home.

Like Scott said. Concentrate on getting the listings and the buyers will come.

The best way to get buyers is to have listings. Listings attract buyers. If you are a new agent, or do not want to or cant get any listings. You need to reach out to those you know, let them know what you do and ask if they need help buying a home. 

These questions are getting beyond ridiculous.  

You need to make a lot of face to face contacts and provide some good reasons for home buyers to use your services. They will not want to work with an anonymous person.

offer to hold open houses, offer to help a busier agent in your office, door knock, circle prospect, hold buyer seminars, blog, deliver flyers to an apartment building ... and don't post anonymously

Join a TEAM where the Team Leader is a heavy Listing Agent and you'll have buyers coming out of your ears !!!

Advertise, sit open houses, network with people.

You have basically two options.

1. Go where buyer are.

2. Present value where buyer look.

However, what will work best for you is your IDWDT issues and what you have the most of, "time or money?"

Without more data, actionable direction can not be delivered.

The first step would be to not hide your identity. "anonymous. Why ?

 I think everybody who is in real estate wants to know the answer to that question.

If you are starting out joining a team is a great way to work with buyers. Otherwise classified ads can work, but get ready for a lot of spam before you land a buyer. Lastly just building a wordpress site and blogging about how you help buyers over time will land you business.

Start with family, then friends and have them refer their friends.  Then you can canvas your neighborhood, introducung yourself.

When you select your first brokerage, make sure they have training on good old-fashioned prospecting.  There is no simple answer to this one.

I guess I'd ask do you have startup money or credit line accessible?  I had $30,000 to start my real estate business back in 2009 from selling my mortgage website to my prior bank manager.  For the SEO.

Hold lots of open houses, even if you have to sit in another agent's listing, best to ask permission first.

An easier route may be to write tons of blog posts geared toward buyers; How To's, Neighborhood info, Market reports, etc.
