My BIG Why is to have a business worth owning. To provide a level of income for the employees so that they can live the lifestyle they want.
My WHY hasn't changed in my 15 years since I founded Allstar Home Mortgage. To truely help customers with their financial decisions and to change the image of what a Mortgage Broker should really be. Money has never been a factor, because if I keep being true to myself, things will always work out at the end of the year.
